Born August 25, 1947 passed away May 24, 2004. He leaves behind his mother and stepfather, Fern & Reuben Otto, his brother Richard Otto, his three children, Clyde James Houk, Bonnie Jean Houk, and Brenda Lee Kracher, five grandchildren, a daughter-in-law, a sister-in-law, a son-in-law and two nieces. Family and friends are invited to a Celebration of His Life at his brothers home, 1717 Urbana Way, Sacramento, CA 95833, today at 11:30 AM.

My prayers are with the family Jimmy Jo was a kind and loving person he is with his Higher Power.
When I seen him he would always make sure we talk to one another and I will not for get him.
