James Jeffrey "Jimmy" Kvarme

James "Jimmy" Jeffrey Kvarme left us all too soon on January 6, 2017, at age 19. Jimmy passed suddenly due to complications from cancer. He is survived by his parents, Julie and Michael, brother Jeff and sister-in-law Marilyn, and sisters and their husbands Sarah and Matthew Williams and Katie and Patrick Rush, grandmother Carol Oelsner, his dogs Flash and Lulu, and loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Jimmy will be remembered for his kind heart, selflessness, love of others, great sense of humor and unique fashion choices. Jimmy attended Didion Elementary School, Sutter Middle School, Christian Brothers High School and graduated from Montana Academy December 22, 2016. He played water polo at Christian Brothers and basketball and soccer at Montana Academy. As a member of the Park Terrace swim team he was the 12-and-under boys breast stroke league champ and a member of the boys 12-and-under league champ medley relay team. Jimmy loved art and music; his sketch books and art are treasured. All are welcome to the service honoring Jimmy's life which is scheduled for Sun., January 22, 2017, 3:00 p.m., at Temple B'nai Israel Social Hall, 3600 Riverside Blvd., Sacramento, California. Refreshments and food will follow the service.
