Jean McBride Obituary
A long time Citrus Heights resident, died in Yuba City Saturday, February 2, 2002, at the age of 86. She born July 19, 1915 on a farm established by her Grandfather in the Tremont District of Solano Co., Calif., just south of Davis. She taught school in Kelseyville, Lincoln and Citrus Heights. She was a member of the Antelope Sewing Club for 58 years and the First Presbyterian Church of Roseville for 60 years, where she served in many leadership positions.Mrs. McBride is survived by sons Donald McBride and Dale McBride; grandchildren Sean McBride, Kathryn McBride and Thomas McBride and sister Dorothy Davis.A memorial service will begin at 1PM Saturday, Feb. 9, at theFirst Presbyterian Church, 515 Sunrise Ave., in Roseville.Burial will be private. Memorial contributions may be made to the Winters Healthcare Foundation Inc., 7 Main St., Winters, CA 95694 or the American Cancer Society.
