Passed peacefully with wife Leslie and children Cheyenne, Faren and Giovanni present.
Service will be December 15, 2012, 12:00 noon, at St. John Vianney 10499 Coloma Rd Rancho Cordova, CA. 95670, 916-363-4400. Reception to follow 2:00-4:00 at Rancho Cordova City Hall 2729 Prospect Park Dr, Rancho Cordova, CA 95670 916-851-8909

Leslie, Faren, Cheyenne & Gio, Mel and I are so sorry for your loss. John was such a good man, husband and father. We have many good memories of him. He was always there to help with anything Mel had to do. He helped build the kids playhouse when we lived on Coloma Rd and were just talking about Mel and him watching the fights on TV, in fact one fight just him, Mel and Gio watched it. We will miss him!!

Wonderful man and great memories. Football at Cordova High, long road trips on back roads in Johns' VW Karman Ghia and parties at the Guerra home (when the Coach and Johns' mom were out of town,of course). Our thoughts and prayers to the Guerra family. Say hello to the Coach old friend.
