I worked with John at Citizens Bank. We never met in person, virtural buddies. He was always so helpful and patient (he needed to be with me!). We will all miss him so. God Bless you John, you are in my prayers.

John was a valued co-worker and I saw him as a good friend. A few years back my wife and I had the chance to visit John and Allen in NYC and take in a Broadway show and then out to eat. What I found amazing was their knowledge of the city. Between John and Allen, they knew more about the city than any tour you could go on. John enjoyed his work in RI, but always talked about NYC and traveling abroad. He was a talented man and made friends to all he came in contact with. John is leaving us way to soon as I am sure he still had a lot to show his fellow coworkers and his friends. Bless you John for all joy you brought to us. Rest in peace my friend.

So many times I wish we would have been able to meet John, as an adult, but that never came to be. I remember him as a little tyke at his grandparents home in Piedmont, but we lost contact after I got married and was raising our own family. I remember he and his grandfather Ferguson taking a few trips over to Europe and stayed up with John that way, but then when Wesley passed away, I lost contact totally. Then, we visited the Wulff's French restaurant in Sacramento and got in contact with John's mother, who I was so close to and we started communicating and staying in touch until she passed away. John and I found each other after the 911 attack, with him moving from that building to another one, fortunately for him. We communicated mostly with FB, but some email messages, as well.
He enjoyed sharing his travels with Alan and their dealings with their dogs, that they raised as puppies. They had a lot of travels, even to the west coast, but I remember John always saying he enjoyed Budapest as his favorite city. I can remember sharing my thoughts on their crazy drivers, which I enjoy fast driving, but this one taxi driver was a maniac. Ha!
John, your friends will miss you, as I've seen on FB, for you had many. Go in peace and rest in the higher grounds. So much has taken place since the end of March. Wow!
