Hey Keith,
I think about you many times throughout these years. Whenever something big happens in my life or something makes me genuinely laugh, I see you. I think of you anytime someone talks about taking Spanish in high school. You made that class fun, and I forget who's comb it was, but I remember laughing with you because you said it felt good to comb it sideways across your eyebrows like it was something people do lol. I always wish you had more time to be your wonderful self, and I'll keep thinking of you friend.

I was shocked and saddened to hear about Keith's death. He was a delightful student and will be remembered fondly by all who knew him. Please know that my prayers and thoughts are with you in your sorrow.

when god calls children to dwell with him above, we sometimes questions the wisdom of his love perhaps god tires of calling the aged to his fold,so he picked keith a handsome rosebud before he can grow old. god knows how much you need him,god know how much you ache but he needs him to make the land heaven more beautiful to view. believing this so so difficult still somehow we must try, the saddest word mankind knows will always be 'goodbye' so when a child departs we who are left behind must relize god loves children and ANGELS ARE HARD TO FIND! keith will always be here all around you you will see him again one day ((((((((HUGS))))))) thinking of you!

My Son plays on the San Juan JV team. Though I have never met your son, Adam speaks kindly of him. My thoughts are with you at this most difficult time. Your family is in our Families prayers and hearts. AS the baseball team decorates his locker this week and thinks of him in the weeks to come please know he will never be forgotten. I attended the game on Friday Evening. The varsity boys where so happy to win the game for Keith. He will continue to inspire the team. Our family is so sorry for your loss. Keith, Yolanda and Raquel,

I know how little words written on a page can mean to you at such a time, but I still want you to know that you are in my thoughts. Your son holds a special place in our hearts.
The countless hours we all spent together on that baseball field will never be far from our most treasured memories. You all played such a large part in my son’s growing up and Keith was always there to bring a smile to our face. Let us help you through this trying time in any way we can.

Keith, Yolanda & Family:

The memories of our Boys playing baseball together in PONY, the time we spent encouraging them to play well, hit hard and run...run...run... will forever be in our hearts. Keith, II, you were an awesome Coach for Matt...you provided a viewpoint that baseball was a wholesome, healthy sport where respect and teamwork were priority 1 in such a manner that today those same views have helped to develop a well-balanced sense of sportsmanship. Yolanda, your unwavering commitment to your Family did not go unnoticed as the formation of committment was viewed by all who had the pleasure of knowing you. The memory of Keith, III and the time all the Boys spent together on the field and the fun in learning and winning, will forever have a spot in Matt's heart, as well as ours. Matt, Jenny, Chris and myself give to you our support and our heart-felt sympathy with the loss of your Son. He was an Angel on Earth and now his Wings will carry him onward walking with God and always being at your sides for support, love, comfort and guidance until you are together again.

Moon Family,

We cannot express in any words the experience of losing a loved one, especially a child. God brings us his most beautiful gifts, and only knowing that all of His angels will rest with Him, can bring us comfort. We extend our deepest sympathies for your loss. Please know that you are all in our daily prayers.

I do not have the words to express how deeply saddened I am upon hearing the news of Keith's passing. Christina called to tell me and I have not yet shared the news with Marcus. I know that he considered Keith his best friend even though time and distance came between them. He has memories of good times and has not made any friendships as deep since we moved away. I wish your family all the strength and time necessary to find peace again.

Yolanda and family,

I’m so very sorry for your loss. I have thought of nothing since hearing the tragic news. As a mother to a son and daughter the same ages as yours, I can only imagine your pain and my heart breaks; It could have happened to any one of our children. No one can know the ways of eternity or understand when those we love leave this earth too soon, but I do know that I will now hug my children tighter and love them deeper. I have wondered whatever happened to Yolanda Reyes? I don’t think I’ve seen you since our graduation day. It’s so sad it takes a tragedy like this to reconnect with friends from years ago. I wish it could have been under better circumstances.

I pray that God will grant you the strength to endure this difficult time and that you find comfort in knowing that others have you in their hearts/prayers. When someone close to us is taken from us suddenly, the pain sometimes seems more than we can bear, but be strong for each other, with time our memories grow more precious, and those we’ve loved live on within our hearts.

May God embrace and bless you and your family, He is the one that will carry you through this pain and sorrow.

With Heartfelt Sympathy,

Carla, Robert, Delilah & Junior Esquivel

Mr. Moon, Mrs. Moon, and Raquel,

I cannot even begin to fathom what you must feel like if I'm feeling terrible about Keith. I had Spanish 1 with him his freshman year, and made tons of memories with him. I can honestly say, after already having Mrs. Gonen for 1 year, having Keith in my class the next year made is sooo much more bearable. I miss his signature goofy Keith smile I would see daily walking down the hallway, chewing a piece of gum, wearing a baseball cap and his "stunna shades". I cannot extend my condolences enough towards you all. I will never forget Keith and the times we had. I still have a hard time accepting the fact that he's gone, but I try to keep in mind that he's looking down on all of us right now. Keith was a true kind person (most of the time!=]) and it was evident that he was raised by good people. I can't remember a time when I was around Keith and he wasn't making people laugh. I send my love to the three of you, and I pray that you get through this time. All of his friends are keeping you in their minds. I will miss him dearly, and there will always be a place for him in my heart. <3

Keith Yolanda and Raquel,
I can't believe the amount of wonderful memories of Keith and Cody together. Keith was and will always be a part of our family.
I always knew where Cody was, Keith was sure to be close. So many times i would come over to Cody's house and see his car in front of your house. I knew either he stayed there or was too lazy to drive his car 100 feet to his house. Cody would always talk about Mama and Papa Moon. I know the love from your family means alot to him. We keep waiting for keith to come in and flash that great big smile on his way in the door. My daughter Brittany who has Down Syndrome always called Keith her boyfriend. He would always laugh and never make her feel bad or tease her about it. Making her feel special. This has been really hard on her also. He was such a big part of our lives. He will always be missed greatly and loved always. Love from Lisa, Desiree, Missy, Brittany and Braydon

If You Come Softly

If you come as softly
As the wind within the trees
You may hear hwat I hear
See what sorrow sees.

If you come as lightly
As threading dew
I will take you gladly
Nor ask more of you.

You may sit beside me
Silent as a breath
Only those who stay dead
Shall remeber death.

And if you come I will be silent
Nor speak harsh words to you.
I will not ask you why now.
Or how, or what you do.

We shall sit here, softly
Beneath two different years
And the rich between us
Shall drink our tears.

I knew Keith from Rio and last year we even had 3 classes together. I can't believe he's gone. I'm so sorry. I know God is watching over Keith who is surely sending you his love.

Dear Keith, Yolanda, and Raquel,

Our hearts break with this news. Our children are the most precious gift we place our hands on in this life. Our sorrow goes beyond words. "The Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groans that words cannot express." Romans 8:26. Asking him to intercede on your behalf. We are so truly saddened by Keith's passing. You raised a beautiful young man.
