I was a friend of Kevin's father for many years in Northglenn and naturally knew Kim (and my Mom knew Kim for short period when my Mom was Kitchen Mgr. at one of the District 12 schools) and as I sat here looking up old friends on the internet, I was shocked to see this bad news.
I apologize for being several years late with my condolences.
I still can't believe what I've read here and to see a photo of Kevin, it reminds me how much he looks like his Dad.
I wish nothing but the best for the parents and hope that time is healing.

Hi, this is Kevin's mom. Thank you for you sweet, heartfelt words. It's very kind of you to take the time to send a message. He would've been 38 today. And, August 3rd will be 1 year since he passed away. It's hard to believe it's been that long. It was the darkest day in my life and - well, anyway I won't go on.
Thanks very much!
