Lynne Pistochini was a special lady. She was a magnet for all children, they loved her and she loved them. I looked up to her as a mentor. I will miss her enthusiasm, sense of humor and always positive outlook. I felt honored to be her friend. She will be missed by many people on this earth but remembered forever in so many hearts. I wish the family peace and love and I know there is such a void in their hearts for this great educator, mom, grandmother, friend, mentor and wife. Peace forever, Laurie Wagner

Gordon and family, It was an honor to teach with Lynne at Trajan. Her knowledge of reading was known throughout the district, but also her humanity, humor, and caring for all. I included her passing in the San Juan Board of Education minutes on March 12. I wish I could be at her services, but I will be there in my heart. Pam Costa
