Maria BOONE Obituary
BOONE, Maria I.
Born October 28, 1926, she passed away peacefully Sept. 21, 2010, into her Lord and Savior's arms. She is survived by three children, Azariah T. Boone, Chesapeake, VA, Ivy F. Shaw (Toni), Roseville, CA, Arthurine Ali, Sacramento, CA; two grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren; her adopted daughter Iris Frazier; and many loving friends. Visitation on Tuesday, 9/28/2010 from 3-7pm and funeral service on Wednesday, 9/29/2010 at 11am, both at MORGAN JONES CHAPEL OF CHIMES, 4200 Broadway in Sacramento. Interment will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made payable to and sent to: Ivy F. Shaw, 2216 Silver Creek Lane, Roseville, CA, 95747, and then forwarded to her favorite charity.

I miss you each day mom. There are times when I can hear you say when I ask you how are you doing "I am doing fine" how are you doing." You never complained. You would even laugh at yourself, when you thought something was funny. You mom was truly an earthly Angel. Thanks for being my mom. Love, your daughter Arthurine.
