Mary Armstrong Obituary

ARMSTRONG, MARY
VIRGINIA
On January 1, 2002 in Placerville, CA. A long time resident of the Placerville area. Virginia will be missed by her many beloved friends, neighbors, and family. She is survived by her loving daughter Cynthia Leigh Hackman, son-in-law Jim Hackman, grandson James, and granddaughter Melissa Hackman from Herald, California; daughter Deborah Jean Rollins, son-in-law Greg Katz from Placerville, grandson Eric Rollins, his wife DeAnna and three great-grandchildren in Missouri. She leaves many other members of the Eisley, Rollins and English family from the respective areas of Auburn, Stockton and San Luis Obispo, CA as well as out of state. In Washington she is survived by her loving sister, Jerri Peterson, brother-in-law Melvin Peterson and nephews, Rodney and Melvin Peterson and family. In Oklahoma, she is survived by her brother Edward Leon Knox and sister-in-law Helen Knox and family. By her wishes, there will be no services; she requested however, that many thanks go out to her many dear friends, neighbors, Hospice program, etc. who provided their special prayers, services and support to her and the family during this brief battle with cancer. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Kaiser Hospice Program, 2025 Morse Ave. Sacramento, CA 95825.
