The first time I entered the Rehm household was at the invite of Karol when I was in my early twenties. Karol worked with my boyfriend, Randy Graham, at the State of CA. Upon entering the Rehm's home it was evident that this was a very special family, full of life and laughter and so very willing to share it with everyone. Karol, Karen and friends had such a blast hosting the Christmas Bazaar at Nadine's and Bobby's place...........what a great time we had making items to sell and of course drinking that special coffee to keep us warm. How about those summer theme parties, green dinners, trip to China?
Karol, Karen, Nadine catered Randy's and my wedding reception as their wedding gift to us and of course it was wonderful. And the baby shower they threw that we missed because I went into labor early the morning of. Who was the first person to show up at the hospital after our son Robert was born that morning, none other than Nadine. She was the most loving and gracious host to us and she will always be remembered that way. God Bless You our sweet Nadine. Love, Robin Graham

I will always remember spending time in the afternoon when I was in high school at the Rehm house. Nadine would always include me in on whatever adventure she was involved in, along with Karol and other after-school friends. I particularly enjoyed her catering preparations... fun, fun, fun!! So much energy and love for all. You will be missed by me, and my dad-Louis Craig. My mother, who passed away in March (2010), no doubt is visiting with you in Heaven, right now. Love to you both. Rozanne Craig.

So sad to hear about Nadine's passing! She was the epitomy of elegance and social etiquette. A lovely trait she passed on to her daughters. Many frequently benefited from participating in their fabulous parties. One of my first thoughts when I learned of her passing was that occured during a key GIANTS game as did her husband's passing. My stab a putting a positive spin on a sad occasion...

Karol, Kathy & Danny-
You said it best, an end to an era. Your parents were as special as parents/people can be, on so many levels. They really don't make them like Nadine and Bob anymore.
I am so sorry for your loss.
Sincerely, The Leonard Family.

So sorry to hear of Nadine's passing. Our memories of Nadine are of a kind, generous and lovely, lovely lady, who we loved to have come visit us on her trips to Ireland. Your Mom was so good to my husband and I when on a trip to the States in 2001 we lost a baby. Your Mom, drove me to the hospital and sat with me and held my hand through the tears. An amazing lady. I am delighted to say she got to meet our first-born Dylan a few years later and I have lovely pictures of them together. There are so many stories and memories we have of Nadine and we'll treasure them all. Ar dheis De go raibh a anam dilis (May her faithful soul be at the right hand of God)
Thinking of you all.

Dear Family,
I have fond memories of Nadine when we worked for Norman Morrison's World Travel. We would combine our Travel groups when went on our shopping tours to Hong Kong, Korea and Bangkok Thailand! What great trips they were. One trip we took was the crossing of the Atlantic on the QE2, I ended up being her personal hair dresser, and sleeping in the huge tub. !
What a wonderful reunion she is now having with her family.
She will surely be missed here on Earth, but we know we will see her again and continue our loving friendship with our dear friend, Nadine.

Dan, Kathy and Karol, you all have my deepest sympathy on the loss of "Aunt Nadine". She was such a wonderful lady and a special person in my heart. She was always a joy to visit when I was in town. When I was growing up, she was the fun one to be around. And she was always my sanctuary when I was in trouble at CB and couldn't go home to face the music. I was able to thank her for that at my mothers funeral and she said that it was nothing at all. That was her, always doing for others and thinking nothing of it. I will miss our visits together and cherish the memories. Love to you all. John Lammerding, Youngstown, Ohio

Danny, Kathy, Karol, Frank, Michael and Cheryl, my heart goes out to you at this time of grief. When I think of your mother/grandmother, I have nothing but wonderful memories! She was a wonderful aunt, an amazing hostess and a fun person. I always admired her sense of style, taste in decor, ability to host a party with a huge amount of people in attendance and her belief in family and traditions. I know she and my father have already continued their bickering, and heaven is a better place with her as a resident. Love to you all, Cousin Margaret
