Patricia Joann Jurach Anderson

1939 - 2025

Patricia Jurach Anderson, lovingly known as Gma Patsy or Pat, passed away surrounded in love on November 14, 2025, at the age of 86, after a long battle with Alzheimer's Disease. Born on October 28, 1939, she brought warmth, humor, generosity, and grace to all who knew her.

Pat was preceded in death by her only love, her husband, Bobby Anderson; her parents, Rose and Louis Jurach; her uncles, Anthony and George Jurach; and her grandson, Anthony Myers.

She is survived by her children and their families: Robbie, Annie, Dylan, and Cassidy Anderson; Kelly Baker and Patricia Myers, Alexis and Mariah Roe and their children. Pat's sister, Pauline, and brother-in-law, Mike Vidalis, as well as her niece Valerie, and Rob, Sarah, and Seth Schmalenberger hold dear the memories of her Thanksgiving cranberry sauce and her easy, genuine laughter that lit up every gathering.

After graduating from Bishop Armstrong High School in 1958, Pat enjoyed a 40-year career as a banker at Wells Fargo. There she built a respected legacy and lifelong friendships. Some of her best memories were made alongside her dear friends-Bonnie and Lois-especially on their unforgettable girls' trips. Those stories were among her favorites to share, until Primary Expressive Aphasia, a rare form of Alzheimer's/dementia, took that gift from her.

Pat & Bobby loved to travel and even backpacked through Europe when they were in their 60's. She loved cruising, casinos, and giving to charitable organizations.

A devoted mother, loyal sister and friend, and a joyful storyteller, Pat will be remembered for her laughter that could fill a room, and the love she poured into her family and friendships. Her legacy lives on in the strength she showed, in the foundation she created, and in the eyes of her grandchildren.

Per Pat's wishes, her body was donated to UC Davis Body Donation Program for medical research.

The Anderson family invites close friends and family to celebrate Pat's life on Sunday, January 11, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Caballo Blanco on Franklin Blvd. in Sacramento.
