Pat Becker dedicated her life to helping others. Her quiet and professional manner helped so many students overcome doubts about their ability to succeed in school. Pat will always be remembered as the teacher who taught them to read. She was a talented teacher and a credit to the profession.

I met Pat at Noralto School in 1975. I taught Special Education and she was a Reading Specialist. She had a calm and friendly manner. I respected her abilities and liked working with her very much. She helped many children learn to love reading.
