Peteo-I know the last ten years have been a blessing I will always carry close to my heart. I'll be forever greatful for the lifelong friendship we have shared. Today was bittersweet spent with your family and dear friends saying good bye. Until we met again, I'll love you forever. Jack.

Rest in peace my old Friend Peto. May the Lord welcome you with open arms. I'm posting a picture I drew for him. I have a copy and he had a copy. The picture always reminded us of each other. He wrote the poem that is written on the picture. We were children in love. He once dedicated to me Elton John's song "Your Song", and tho I had not seen him in many years, I still feel the sadness of losing a childhood friend. I am grateful to have a copy of many of his poems. I wrote a novel once and he was a character called the "Lonesome Poet". One of his favorite singers was John Prine, and he loved to sing "Hello In There". My heart goes out to his family and friends.
