If my son was not Dr Wang´s first patient, he was one on them. I was a new mom and very insecure as I had no family on the west coast other than my husband. God could not have given me a better man to help me along. It´s been 40 years plus... I just found this on the internet and thank his family! God will Bless the soul eternally!

I was searching the website and just found out about Dr. Wangs passing. My family and I are very sad about this loss, we moved to sacramento 4 years ago and brought 4 teenage boys with us. Trying to get them to go to a pediatrician was initially a compromising situation, but after they met him, they all loved to go back to him because he made them comfortable and treated them with respect. To entice teens to go to a MD is a hard task and it takes a special person to relate to this age group, Dr wang was a wonderful doctor and person and he will be missed. My kids will continue to enjoy the expertise of his son Dr. Paul Wang.

We just found out about Dr. Wang's passing and are deeply saddened. Dr. Wang was our pediatrician for all four of our kids. He was the sweetest man when dealing with our screaming, crying, fussy kids. He was firm when needed but was an amazing doctor!!
We send all our love to his family.

My daughter is now 13 and it's amazing to think of all the years he spent in our life and now that he is gone it is such a loss. Thank you to his family and especially his wife, who was always a part of every visit. I am greatful that we are able to continue her care with his son Paul.

Our family just found out about the loss of Dr. Wang. Our hearts are so saddened. He was my son's doctor from birth and my daughter's from the age of 2. He was always caring and understanding. He was the best because HE would call us back in the middle of the night to listen to our concerns and not rely on any on call doctors like other physicians do. We wish the best to his son Paul, in continuing the great service his father has offered over the years. Our hearts go out to Anna (thanks for the lollipops). The Heaney Family, Antelope, Ca.

Dr. Wang cared for every one of my eight chldren from the time they were born. Not one of them was afraid to go to the doctor; in fact, they liked it! He was kind, gentle, compassionate, and thorough. He always had a smile for everyone! He was a faithful friend through many illnesses and even a hospitalization. How many times I woke that poor man up in the middle of the night, I couldn't count, but he was always patient and kind to me - no matter what time it was. I'll never forget him!! His wife Anna never let us leave the office without kinds words and some little snack, and my kids still love her. His son Paul is just as wonderful a doctor. I'm so grateful to have known him. My prayers are with your family, Anna. Much love to you all, Suzzanne Bonn

Our hearts and thoughts go out to Mrs. Wang and family. Our kids were only Dr. Wang's patients for a short time but in that time he endeared himself to our family. He was so patient with us and our daughter. The compassionate care he provided was rare. His passing is a huge loss for our community.

We are so sad to hear about Dr. Peter Wang's passing. He was such a wonderful man and doctor. He's been my kids' pediatrician for 16 years. We actually had an appointment to interview him as one of the pediatricians we were considering before we had our daughter, but on the day of our appointment, our daughter was born (a couple weeks early), and he ended up being the doctor who checked her out in the hospital. When we met him at the hospital, we were sold. He has been such a help to us over the years, and I'm sure it was a comfort to him to be able to have his son working to assume the practice he started. We are so sorry for the family's loss.

We have had the blessing of knowing the Wang family for just over six years now. We have three children who love and cherish both Dr. Wangs and Mrs. Wang as much as we do, and our entire family will miss Dr. Wang dearly, We can't thank his family enough for sharing him with us... especially his precious wife, children, and grandchildren. Your husband, father, and grandfather gave to the world unselfishly. He was loved, cherished and will be missed by all who knew him. Your families are in our thoughts and prayers.

Our family was so saddened to hear of Dr. Wang's passing. He has been the pediatrician for my grandchildren, Emily, Madeline and Jonathan Levis, for the past six years, since their birth. Never have I witnessed a more dedicated, more compassionate or more loving doctor. I believe that Dr. Wang fulfilled his purpose on Earth, touched the lives and hearts of so many with his beautiful smile and gentle touch and made the world a better place for having been in it. He will be missed more than words can tell. To us, he wasn't just our doctor, he was a beloved friend. God be with his wonderful wife Anna and his son Paul as they carry on his amazing legacy of love.
With much love,

When my mom told me the news, I was disheartened. I couldn't believe it was true. My condolences go out to his whole family. He was my pediatrician, and I am now entering my 3rd year of college. He provided excellent service and was an excellent doctor. In fact, my ultimate dream is to be a pediatrician. He passionately cared about each and everyone of his patients. Ever since he discovered that I could read by the age of 2 and even skipped kindergarten, every visit he would never fail to remind me, "You a smart girl...." and always believed I would do great things. Your spirit will always live on as Paul continues your practice, Dr. Wang. You will be greatly missed, and you will always be in our hearts. I only hope that someday I can become as great of a pediactrician as you were. <3 Stephanie Fung

Dr. Peter Wang was our family pediatrician since the birth of our first daughter in 1991, and kept him til the births of our other two daughters (1997,2003) and the birth of our son in 2009. As a doctor he was an excellent one, he was always there to answer all your concerns and questions(day or night), every visit to his office was like going to see a good friend that's how we felt about Dr. Wang and Anna, and now that his son's Paul is taking care of the practice we feel the same way. We are so sad about his passing and our heartfelt condolonces and prayers go out to his wife Anna and family. Dr. Wang you will always be in our hearts. The Fung Family

We were fortunate to have Dr. Peter Wang referred to us while I was still pregnant with our first child and upon her arrival, we met a kind, thoughtful, and very observant Pediatrician who had the difficult task of informing me she needed to stay in the hospital for treatment of jaundice. He was there for our second daughter a few years later and his kindness, humor, and medical expertise combined with his wife Anna’s steady encouragement through all the shots, runny noses, coughs, holiday and weekend frantic phone calls, and the occasional blood draws, have made us a fortunate family to have had his care for almost 10 years. His tireless work ethic, grace, and way with children has passed down to his son, Dr. Paul Wang, as he was the one today, after a week of family observance at his father’s passing was back on the job with Anna and the caring staff tending the family practice and who had the difficulty of telling us of his father’s passing. And he did it with quiet dignity saying being back in the office was what he thought his father would have wanted. We extend our sincerest condolences to Dr. Peter Wang’s family, we will miss him dearly.

I have known Dr. Wang and family for over 30 years, our children grew up together. He always was a loving husband and father, a wonderful Doctor who was devoted to his patients. I will remember his smile and laugh and how happy he was when he talked about Margaret and Paul. All the family pictures they shared with me. With Anna by his side every day they built a loving, caring medical practice. Dr. Wang never spoke a harsh word; he was truly a gentleman, teacher, and friend. He will always be remembered.

Dr. Wang was our pediatrician for almost twelve years. He came to the hospital on the day my son Blake was born, and did the same at my daughter Gillian's birth. He was always the most gentle, caring doctor we have ever encountered. Whenever we had an emergency, he was there for us, no matter what time of day and even on weekends. My children loved to see Dr. Wang, and always felt safe with him, even if he had to do something they did not like, such as giving shots. Dr. Wang will be missed by everyone, as he touched the hearts of all his patients.

Uncle Peter, I'll always remember you as that kind and cheerful uncle who always encouraged me in my academics. "Study hard, Grace" you would say at each family get-together. I also remember the times when I fell ill as a child and my parents would turn to you and Auntie for advice. I'm ever so grateful of the generosity that you and Auntie have shown. While I was attending college at Cal, a fellow classmate of mine turned out to be one of your old patients and it was no surprise when she spoke so highly of you. To her and I'm sure to many others as well, you were an amazing family doctor, but also an amazing man. In my eyes, you've always been and will be a wonderful, warm, and admirable uncle.

Dr. Wang was such a kind and exceptional man and physician. He was my children's pediatrician as they were growing up and was always so compassionate, gentle and thorough in their care. They both loved him. My fondest memories of him, though, are of working along side him in the newborn nursery. Dr. Wang was loved and respected by all the staff for the way he treated everyone and the wonderful care he gave even the most fragile of newborns. His calm and competent care in an emergency brought out the best in every team member. He was so proud of his family and children and always spoke of them to us. I will never forget him. He will be sorely missed.

Dr Wang and his wife provided exceptional care and caring to my family when we arrived in California from New York in the early 1980's and for the next two decades. They continued to work with us when we were uninsured or unemployed to make sure our children were healthy. Dr Wang's bright smile and boyish sense of humor were always welcome whenever we were concerned about any of the challenges the kids may have had. He even welcomed phone calls on Sunday mornings! Sacramento has lost a great care provider in the passing of Dr Wang. We extend our most heartfelt condolences to his wife and lifelong loving companion Anna and to their children and their families. - The Al and Angel Saporito Family, Citrus Heights CA.

Dr. Wang was not only a wonderful doctor, he was also my uncle who believed in establishing great family value. He loved his daughter, son and wife very much and made time to be with his family. Behind a great man is a great wife. A man who could work closely with his wife for about 30 years is an extraordinary man and an extraordinary couple indeed.
As my Uncle Peter, I remembered he always greeted us with a smile and spoke in a courteous manner when he came over to my house. I will surely miss him. Thank you for making a difference by healing so many lives. Rest well, Uncle and we shall meet again.
