Richard Garrison Obituary
Passed away in Sacramento on December 31, 2002 at the age of 80. Preceded in death by his wife of 50 years, Betty. Survived by his wife of 6 years, Ruth; his children Cindy Tracy and her husband Art; Melody Pearson; and Mary Porter and her husband Jack; 12 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. Born in Ottawa, Kansas, November 16, 1922. A resident of Sacramento County since 1946. He was a kind-hearted man and will be missed by many. At his request, no services will be held.

Ruth, Cindy, MaryJane, Melody...
My family and I were neighbors of Dick and Betty on Patton Avenue. We were lucky enough to meet Ruth shortly after she and Dick's marriage.
I am saddened to hear of Dick's passing. He was such a good man and a fine friend to me. I speak for all of my family when I say we will always have a soft spot in our hearts for that gentle giant of a man. My deepest sympathy in the loss of your husband and father. He will be missed...
