Dick was the first friendly student I met when I was moved to Kit Carson Jr. high in 1953. We also had a brief meeting in Oakland. I was in a Navy uniform and he was Coast Guard and he was still friendly. Sorry for your family's loss.

Dear Family of Dick Palmiter.
My Sincere Sympathy and Condelences in you loss. When PFE started closing the shops in Roseville, he was instrumental in my being hired at SP Shops in Roseville, and my brother Don, too. For that I am, and will always be grateful and indebted to him. And after that, renting the family cabin at the ocean, stayed in touch for several years after. May fond memories and good times with him, sustain you through this difficult time.

I am truly sorry for your loss. In this world that we live in it is all to often that we lose people we love. But please take comfort in God's word at Matthew 11: 28 it says : " Come to me, all you who are toiling and loaded down and I will refresh you." Just one of many warm words and promises given to us from God's word.
