My deepest condolences to the Matsumoto family, particularly Lynn Matsumoto who I worked with at the State of California. I remember her as kind and friendly and a hard working person. After my retirement, I spoke to her about herself but haven't lately. Hope she is doing well. Koki Tanaka 11/16/16
