Robert McCuen Obituary
July 16, 1925 - Aug 31, 2008
On Sunday, August 31, 2008, Robert McCuen of Orangevale, Calif., passed away at the age of 83. Robert is survived by his wife of 60 years, Lois McCuen and their three children and spouses, Michael (Elizabeth) McCuen, Steven (Samantha) McCuen, and Marcia McCuen. Robert is also survived by ten grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Robert was in the Navy for 12 years and later worked for the State of Calif., retiring after 24 years. He had been a Mason since 1972. During his retirement years he traveled with his wife and was an avid reader. Bob will be remembered for his great sense of humor, excellent culinary skills, quiet ways and tender heart. Services will be held on Friday, September 12, at 2:00 p.m. at Trinity Life Center, 5225 Hillsdale Blvd, Sacramento, CA 95842. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a donation to Shriner's Hospitals for Children.
