Sam Hisamoto Obituary

HISAMOTO, Sam
Born in Sacramento on July 29, 1924 and went to be with the Lord on March 19, 2004 in Sacramento, California. He is survived by his loving wife Mary; brothers Makoto, Kiyoshi, Hiroshi, George, and Tom; and a sister, Fumi McGee; as well as many nephews, nieces, and cousins. Sam was a lifelong resident of Sacramento and worked for the federal government for over 35 years. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Central International Fellowship Building Fund. A memorial service will be held at Central International Fellowship, located at 4760 16th Ave., on Wednesday, March 24, 2004 at 3:00 PM.

Dear Mary,

We just read in the Bee this morning about Sam. I'll always remember how friendly and helpful that Sam was to me (Herb) when I was transferred to Sacramento from Nebraska. We always thought you were such a nice couple. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
