HAMM, SEAN THOMAS
Sean, the pride and joy of Tom & Debbie Hamm, was born on April 1, 2002 in Sacramento, CA. Sean is survived by his loving parents and his grandparents: Richard & Jan Himenes and Clinton & Pat Hamm; great- grandparents: Harold & Von Calhoun and Manuel Himenes. He also leaves behind a great number of other family & friends. Sean passed away on March 23, 2003. Services will be held on Sunday, March 30, 2003 at 12:00 noon at Mt. Vernon Memorial Park, 8201 Greenback Lane, Fair Oaks, CA. Sean will be missed greatly. Contributions may be made to either the American Heart Assoc. Golden Empire Chapter, P.O. Box 16026, Sacramento, CA. 95816 or the National Down Syndrome Society, 666 Broadway, New York, NY. 10012.
