Sean O'Neil Obituary
AGE: 17 ? Rockaway
Sean W. O'Neil, Age 17, passed away on Tuesday, February 22nd 2011 at St. Clares Hospital in Denville. Sean was born in Petrosavodsk, Russia and has lived in Rockaway for over 15 years. He was a Senior at Morris Knolls High School in Denville where he received high honors and was a member of the National Honors Society. He was an active member of the Madrigal Choir, Co-President of the Theatre Club and Vice President of the Literature Society. He was also an active participant at the Lindsey Meyer Teen Institute in Rockaway. Sean was a member of St. Clement, Pope & Martyr R.C. Church in Rockaway Township. Survivors include his parents: Ronald H. & Ellen M. (nee-Zvaleuskas); his brother, Andrew R., at home; his paternal grandmother, Matilda O'Neil of Hope; his maternal grandmother, Carol Zvaleuskas of Denville; his uncles: Gary O'Neil and his wife, Betty of Hamilton & Eddie Zvaleuskas of Denville; his aunt, Diana Young and her husband, Art of Louisana; Sean is also survived by his many other aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Liturgy of Christian Burial to be offered on Monday, February 28th 2011 at 9:30a.m. at St. Clement, Pope & Martyr R.C. Church. 154 Mount Pleasant Avenue, Rockaway Township. Interment: Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover. Visiting hours will be on Saturday and Sunday from 2-4 & 7-9p.m. at the Par-Troy Funeral Home. 95 Parsippany Road, Parsippany. (973)887-3235 or visit www.partroyfuneralhome.com. Our daughter Megan was close with Sean. We feel blessed for having known him. He truly was a shining star and will forever be in our hearts.

Sean has been such a wonderful friend to our daughter Liana since they first met at Little Learner when they were three, then met again in sixth grade. Liana is a better person for having had Sean as part of her life. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family now.
