It's hard to understand why people we love and care about are taken from us too soon, but we find comfort in knowing we were a special part of such a well-lived life. May God bless and give you comfort in this tough time.

Hi uncle. It is still quite difficult for me to believe you are gone. I have so many memories of you, all of my childhood and throughout high school, you've always been there. After my dad, it was you. I hope you know how much you meant to me and my brothers, how much we love you. I know how much you loved us, you were always thoughtful and giving and just fun to be with. You always showed how much you cared, and we are so lucky to have had you in our lives. I will miss you so much, and I can still hear you telling me how fast time goes by as an adult, how quickly 10, 20 years go by, and you were so right. Love you and thank you for all that you did.

Hi Steven. I hope you're happy up in Heaven. I know it's probably so stress free and careless than compared to being here. I'm not quite sure where I should start, but I know that you are not gone. Your spirit is always here and always will be here. You haven't passed away, you have just shed your physical skin. I can see that you live on. You live on through your daughter, through your wife, through your family, through my mother, ultimately, you live through all of us. Whenever we talk about you or reminisce on memories, that's just another example of your spirit still being alive. Just because you can't physically touch us or talk to us doesn't mean you aren't here. As I am learning through the continuation of my spirituality, you're only a prayer away. I make sure that before I go to bed at night I say hello and that I hope you're having fun. I know at those moments that you're still here, and I know as I'm typing this right now you are watching over me. Death isn't the ending, it's just the ending to the "life" we know here on earth. Our spirit is to strong to be physically bound to one place or one destination, it yearns toward a higher calling. Some will answer that higher calling before others and some will not. Just know that we miss you, and that we will all be together soon.

My prayers go out to the family of Steven Williams who are experiencing a huge loss. I don't worry about Steven, because I have faith that he is already with God as he was such a good person. He was a positive, happy, knowledgeable person who was always willing to help with a smile on his face and caring conversation. All of us in PIPS at DMV will miss him dearly. God's love to his family.

I didn't see Steven a lot, but kinda just knew he was there. I have so many fond memories of him back in the day, I laugh when I think of Pumantha. You will always live in my heart until we meet again, may the peace of God that surpasses all understanding keep your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus, knowing that you will see Steven again.

Steven was a special person to me ...a friend over the years (HS Kennedy/Burbank) and DMV Colleague that I will truly miss. I am going to miss his laughter, wealth of knowledge regarding sooo many issues, him teasing that my computer was broken....again due to a "user" problem and then jokingly fussing while doing what he did best IT resolution...and I can't forget his frequent candy pick-ups (DOTS). Continuing to keep Twana, the children, entire family/family-friend members in prayer. Steven Ray...a special person loved by so many. In God's hands-forever in our ???'s
