Hey Susie,
Happy 48th!!!!You have been on my mind since I woke this morning. We celebrated your special day with a massage and a burger at the Jointed-Cue. We saw Ricky there.
David the owner gave me a big hug when he found out that you had passed. Patty, Jo and I commemorated your birth with what we thought you would have liked to do. It has been sad but a new breath of fresh air is also on the horizon. I miss and love you. Nicky too.

Aunt Susie,
Words can not express how much I love you, and how much I will miss you. You and I have shared so many good times, long talks, and nature treks together, which I will deeply miss. I will really cherish all of the memories that we have made together! I have learned so much from all of your knowledge, and I appreciate you for sharing it with me. I want to thank you for letting me know that you are still around by gonging Aunt JoJo and I! It really made my day! I love you so much, and I promise to watch over Ian and be there for him whenever he needs me.
Love Always,
Your Neice Tara

Texeira Family
I grew up on Cazadero way and my sister Eileen went to schoold with Susie. Although I was older I remember your family and esp. Susie. One summer a few years ago I had a chance meeting with Susie and some of her friends on the river. Amazing we both recognize each other from our childhood and started to talk. My boat was docked nearby so I took everyone for a ride. As we chatted I remember thinking how smart and beautiful Susie turned out. She was warm, friendly, and I felt her "free spirit". When she departed I remembering smiling. Althouh it was only a "moment" in my life I felt very pleased that I ran into little Susie Texeira.
Your family should be very pleased and blessed to have had Susie in your life. I am very sorry for your loss and wish God's blessing on each and ever one.
Sincerely, Mary

REMEMBER ME
To the living,I am gone
To the sorrowful,I will never return
To the angry,I was cheated,
To the accepting,I am at peace
To the faithful,I have never left.
Hey Girl, Last time we chatted, we cracked up about me thinking when we were back in high school, that Rosemarie and Susie were two different sisters. (smile)
You will be so missed , by so many!
We all love you!

Rosebud,
Thank you for being what a friend is .. never judging, always guiding. You had the ability to point out 'doorways', that I never even knew existed. I will miss you, and your smile.. always a ray of sunlight to me.

To her family and especially her son, I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I worked with Rosemarie and socialized with her outside of work. I remember when some of us went to the Placer County Fair together. She was a sweet, gentle and funny individual who touched all who knew her. I know she is at peace now.

I LOVED SUSIE SO MUCH. SHE WAS PRATICALLY LIKE A SECOND MOTHER TO ME. BUT NOT ONLY A MOTHER SHE WAS CONSIDERED A CLOSE FRIEND AND I DONT REALLY HAVE ANY REAL FRIENDS. SHE THOUGHT THE WORLD OF HER SON IAN. SHE WAS SO PROUD OF IAN AND WHAT HE HAS ACCOMPLISHED AND ALSO SHE WAS PROUD OF HERSELF. THE LAST TIME I SAW SUSIE Q WAS 2 WEEKS AGO. I MISS HER SO MUCH AND I AM SO SAD. I WILL BE SPEAKING AT THE FUNERAL. SUSIE AND I BOTH SHARED A LOVE FOR JIMI HENDRIX AND JEFFERSON AIRPLANE AND JANIS JOPLIN. I HAVE BEEN PLAYING JANIS ALL DAY YESTERDAY AND THINKING OF HER. WE WERE SUPPOSED TO GO ON A COUPLE ROAD TRIPS TOO. SUSIE IS THE FIRST PERSON I ACTUALLY CARED ABOUT THAT DIED. I THOUGHT THE WORLD OF HER. SHE WAS SO RESPONSIBLE AND CARED SO MUCH ABOUT OTHERS. I AM RPOUD TO SAY THAT THE LAST COUPLE WEEKS I SAW SUSIE SHE WAS THE HAPPIEST I HAVE EVER SEEN HER. GET EXCITED! SHE HAS TAUGHT ME A LOT OF LIVING. SUSIE I LOVE YOU LADY! YOU WERE SO AMAZING AND NO ONE WILL EVER COMPARE TO YOU.

I had the opportunity to work with Rosemarie and to attend TQM classes with her. We were on the same team for several semesters. We were known as the WOW team! I loved working with Rosemarie and we had some deep philosophical conversations about life, about spiritual things, and about work. I know she treasured her son Ian and viewed him as a light in her life. I'm sorry to say we lost touch after she retired from SCO, but I'm glad I had a chance to know her as she helped me view things from another perspective...often in eye opening and thought provoking ways that touched the soul. My condolences to her family.

Ian,
I am so sorry for your sudden loss. I worked with your Mother at SCO. She was thee nicest person and she always greeted me with her beautiful smile. I remember pictures of you in her cubicle and when she spoke of you, her face lit up even more... You meant everything to her!!! I know your loving Mother lives on in you. May God comfort you during this time of sorrow. R.I.P. Rosemarie!!!

The attribute I most remember about Rosemarie was her willingness to be honest with herself even when it hurt. My prayers are with those who remained closest to her, for they must be feeling the tremendous loss of this special individual. I truly hope her son realizes how positively she affected so many lives, for I'm certain she never did.
