Tina Mercedes Brewster, age 74, of Folsom, California, passed away unexpectedly at her home on October 21, 2025. She was born on August 25, 1951, in Oakland, California, to Jack and Wanita Fernandez, who preceded her in death.

Tina is survived by her devoted husband of 58 years, Scott Brewster, and their cherished daughters, Jenny and Rachelle. She will also be lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Curtis, Joseph, Mercedes, Lance, Emmitt, Maliyah, and great-granddaughter, Eylani. In addition, she leaves behind siblings Cecelia, Gerri, Loretta, Lynette, Robert, Larry, and Michael, their partners, and many dear friends who will deeply miss her presence.

Family was the heart of Tina's life. She found her greatest joy in spending time with her children and grandchildren, creating lasting memories during family gatherings and trips to Santa Cruz and Hawaii. She loved crafting personal keepsakes for her loved ones, each made with care and meaning. Known for her generous spirit and kind heart, Tina made everyone she met feel valued and special.

After 48 years of dedicated service to the State of California, Tina retired, leaving behind a legacy of commitment and camaraderie with those she worked alongside. Her kindness and integrity extended far beyond her career, touching the lives of everyone who knew her.

Her love, laughter, and warmth will live on in the hearts of her family and friends forever.

Viewing will be from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. on November 2nd, 2025 at Green Valley Mortuary, 3004 Alexandrite Dr, Rescue, CA 95672.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., November 3rd, 2025 at Showers of Blessing Church, 3836 48th Ave, Sacramento, CA 95823.

Burial ceremony will follow at the Lakeside Memorial Lawn Cemetery, 1201 Forrest St, Folsom, CA 95630.
