June 29, 1923 April 23, 2025.
Wallace was born and raised in Sacramento where he graduated from McClatchy HS and attended Sacramento JC. A WWII Army veteran, Wallace was honorably discharged February 1946. On July 28, 1946, he married Priscilla Kleppel of Sacramento. Graduated Cal Berkeley in 1948 with a BSCE degree, Wallace enjoyed a rewarding career in the forest products industry.
In 2021 Wallace and Priscilla celebrated their 75th wedding anniversary surrounded by family and friends. Wallace was preceded in death by Priscilla, his sister Bernice Featherstone, granddaughter Sarah Norum, and his parents Arne and Nettie Norum.
Wallace is survived by daughter Linda Pringle and her partner Stephen Stallwood of Great Missenden, England; son Robert, wife Tari, and their sons Arne Hunter and Erik Keith of Langhorne, Pennsylvania.
A memorial service will be held Wednesday, June 25 at 10 a.m. in the Community Center of Sunny View Retirement Community, 22445 Cupertino Road, Cupertino.
An interment service for Wallace and Priscilla is scheduled for Thursday, June 26 at 11:30 a.m., East Lawn Memorial Park, 4300 Folsom Blvd., Sacramento.
