My prayers are with the family during this sad time. Wilma was a very caring, considerate, hard working person. She always had a smile, and was willing to help whenever asked if she could. I can still visualize her smile, and remember her voice. She will be missed and never forgotten.

My thoughts and prayers are with the Watson family. Wilma and I worked on several projects together throughout the years with SBA.
Whenever I needed advice for anything's, she was that one person; I could call on.
My friend (Wilma) was a wonderful person from the inside/outside and I will always keep her legacy alive within my heart.
I am praying for our God to bring the family comfort and peace from within (soul), in the name of our Lord, Savior Jesus Christ Holy Name, and Amen.
With Love

Wilma - a delightful person. She sure made my job related travel requirements less stressful. She was a thorough, knowledgeable and always pleasant member of the SBA Disaster Assistance Team. Wilma's work in the Admin Dept helped make the office run smoothly. I used to jokingly call her "Wilma" as though I were Fred Flintstone. My sympathy goes out to her family, friends and acquaintences. I hope that memories of her will make this time less painful. I currently work in the SBA disaster office in Ft. Worth,Texas but still maintain my home in California.

I am so sorry for your loss. I have known Wilma since 1995 when she came to the Disaster office in Buffalo to help our department with a disaster. She was such a little thing, but she was tough and got the work done. She has left a memory with all of SBA and will be missed.
