Edward Moore Obituary
Born May 31, 1989, in Olean, he was the son of Suzanne Carpus Moore of Salamanca and the late Gary Moore.
He was a graduate of Salamanca High School, Class of 2007.
Eddie had been employed with McDonald's and Tim Hortons in Salamanca.
He will be remembered for always helping others. He enjoyed watching baseball and football and was an avid Boston Red Sox, LA Rams and Oregon Ducks fan. He also followed the Buffalo Bills.
Surviving besides his mother are a sister, Tracy Whitcomb of Salamanca; a brother, Todd (Debbie Oakes) Moore of Salamanca; a niece, Erica Whitcomb of Salamanca; five nephews, Darrin (Lindsey Roblee) Whitcomb and Dustin (Alicia Titus) Whitcomb, both of Salamanca, Andre (Hayley Dreaver) Whitcomb of Allegany, Jakeob (Chelsea Ryan) Calvert of Bliss and Todd Moore Jr. of Tennessee; two aunts, Rosanne (Douglas) Cary of Suffolk, Va., and Toni (Dan) Holly of Durham, N.C.; four uncles, Wayne (Wanda) Carpus of Clinton, N.C., Peter (Diana) Carpus of Irving, Kermit (Debbie) Moore of Great Valley and Pat Moore of Salamanca; and several great-nieces, -nephews and cousins.
Friends may call from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday (May 30, 2023) at the O'Rourke & O'Rourke Inc Funeral Home, 25 River St., Salamanca, NY 14779.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held in Our Lady of Peace Parish, 274 Broad St., Salamanca, at 10 a.m. Wednesday (May 31, 2023) with Rev. Moses Ikuelogbon as celebrant.
Burial will be in Crawford Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
