Gerri Denny Obituary
She was preceded in death by her parents, brother William James Breiling (Bill), and son Jason Denny. She is survived by her sister Leslie Rubbo (Bill) of Templeton, brother George L. Breiling of Greenfield, sons Don Hoover Jr. and Wesley Simmons both of Seaside, daughters Barbara Denny of Fresno, and Liz Gonzalez (Zeth) of Soledad, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Gerri loved the outdoors and volunteering in the community. She worked for Granite Construction Company on Metz Road for many years before opening up her own business and then retiring from Soledad Landscape Supply. She enjoyed spending time with her friends and family and was sharp with her wit and sense of humor up until her passing.
A celebration of life is planned for Saturday, April 27, 2024 at the Soledad Lions Hall in Soledad at 1 pm.
