Cassandra Denise Oglesby

Ms. Cassandra Denise Oglesby, 45, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 16, 2018 at her residence. Born Sept. 1, 1973 in Rowan County, she was the daughter of the late Jimmy Evans and Priscilla Ann Oglesby. She was educated in the Public Schools of Rowan County and was a member of Outreach Christian Ministries, Salisbury. To know Cassandra was to love her and she was loved by all with whom she came in contact. She leaves precious memories to her children, Kiara Oglesby (Trey Mills), Keyoni Rustin (Demarcus Nolan”Otis”), Rasibe Rustin andHenry Wilder Jr., all of Salisbury; brothers, Brian Oglesby of Salisbury and Tony Jefferson of Greensboro: sisters, Angela Oglesby of Salisbury, Stephanie Gillespie of Salisbury, Felicia Torrence of Salisbury, Kim Morrow of Granite Quarry, Harriet Ellis of Kannapolis, Jackie Leach of Salisbury and Melissa Leach of Salisbury; granddaughters, Ke'siya Oglesby and Amia Mills; grandsons, Astn Mills and Za'rian Wilder; special aunts, Sheila O. Robinson of Salisbury, Pam Harmon (Tony) and Johnnie Mae Torrence (Gillie) of Salisbury; best friend, Makela Alexander of Salisbury; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Arrangements: Services will be held on Sunday, Oct. 21, 2018 at Love Christian Center, East Spencer with visitation at 2 p.m. and funeral at 3 p.m. Burial will follow at Oakdale Cemetery, Salisbury.
