Gaige Adams Obituary
He was born July 12, 2008, in Morristown, TN, to James Christopher Adams and Amber Denise Adams. Gaige was a senior at Jesse C. Carson High School and was looking forward to graduating in December. He loved his woodworking class and had aspirations of becoming a carpenter after graduation. Gaige was a member of Faith Baptist Church in Faith, NC, and loved to help around the church in any way that he could; the time that he tried to run the floor scrubber to help wax the floors at the church will bring laughter for many years. He loved to fish and spend time on the water, especially taking family fishing trips to Lake Norman. Gaige's "goofy" personality will always be remembered.
In addition to his parents, James and Amber Adams, he is survived by his sister, Lily Adams; grandparents, Cathy and Allen Honbarrier, Jim and Lisa Adams, and James Southerland, Jr.; great-grandparents, Joyce Clawson and James Southerland, Sr.; aunts and uncles, Jonathan and Tiffany Clawson, Amber and Ryan Ballard, and Brandi and Nick Holt; cousins, Colby Clawson, Henzley Love, Tabatha Wood, Madison Ballard, Emilia Ballard, Alivia Ballard, Gracie Holt, Elliott Holt, and Ella Holt; and an abundance of extended family members.
The family will greet friends and relatives from 2:30 PM until 4:15 M on Saturday, November 8, at Faith Baptist Church, 203 N. Main Street, Faith, NC 28041.
A memorial service will follow at 4:30 PM on Saturday, at the church, conducted by Pastor Stephen DeWalt.

Gaige was the most kind, loving, genuine guy at Carson. I´ve only spoke to him once or twice and he was always caring. He would always have this bright smile that warmed your heart. And he would always ask "how are you doing". It aches to know that he is no longer with us. But at least he is no longer suffering and he is resting in peace. He was strongly close with God, and now he is in God´s arms and he is safe.
