I am very sad to hear of Harvey's passing. He always greeted the neighborhood with a huge smile and friendly wave. My family and I always looked forward to driving past his home to see him out. My thoughts and prayers are with the family.

I have known Harvey for probably 25 years. As a kid growing up in Huber Heights, my friends and I were all very fond of Harvey. He always looked out for us. He was a good friend and will be missed.
