Mary McKeithan

Mary Sue McKeithan, 82, of Salisbury passed away on Sunday, April 2, 2023 at Novant Health Rowan Medical Center. Born in Rowan County on July 7, 1940, she was the daughter of the late Mattie Holshouser Campbell and Alex Campbell. Mrs. McKeithan was a retired seamstress. She was a member of Southside Baptist Church. She enjoyed sewing and gardening and loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jesse Porter McKeithan; and daughter, Rachel Sue McKeithan. Left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Tammy Burris (Tommy) of Salisbury; brother, George Campbell; grandchildren, Heather Day (Neal) and Dexter Burris (Maddie); great-grandchildren, Ryker Day, Owen Burris, and Olsen Burris. Service: 10 a.m., Wednesday, April 5, at Rowan Memorial Park Chapel in the Pines with Pastor Robin Albright officiating. Entombment will follow in the mausoleum.
