Rebecca Meacham Obituary
Born March 7, 1941 in Morgantown, WV she was the daughter of the late Primo Charles Zini and Mary Nels Zini.
She was a graduate of West Virginia University. After graduating, she taught physical education and drivers ed in the Florida schools. She also worked as a flight attendant with United Airlines until her retirement. She loved sewing, playing tennis and golf, crafting, cooking, and her cavalier dogs, especially Windsor.
Along with her parents, Mrs. Meacham is preceded in death by her husband, Harold 'Hal' Royce Meacham, Jr.
Those left to cherish her memory are step-daughters, Penni Shore (Ronnie), Lori Meacham (Jim Aiello), Brenda Newman (Leon); grandchildren, Cathryne Clark (Kevin), Andrew Newman, Ronnie Shore (Molly), Brett Shore (Sarah), Caleb Shore (Krista), Clare Aiello; great grandchildren, Blaine, Louise, Eli, Kole, Theo, Cooper, and Piper Kate; brother Primo Charles Zini; nephew Primo Benjamin Zini (Darla); niece, Rebecca Zini Wade (A.C.); great-nieces, Alexis Zini Bal and Katalina Wade; great-nephew, Primo Joseph Zini.
The family would like to give a special thanks to Dr. Amin and his wonderful staff and the caring staff at Trinity Oaks Health and Rehab for their loving care of Mrs. Meacham.
The family will hold a private celebration of life service at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Trinity Oaks Health and Rehab, 728 Klumac Rd., Salisbury, NC 28144.
