I used to work with Mandy at Parsons Bakery. I loved that she would always be wearing shoes with thick souls so she would be able to see over the counter better. She was so good with people, customers loved her, whenvever there was a morning she didn't work, they would ask where she was.
It was a pleasure to work with her and get to know her!
She is a great person!

I went to school with Mandy. She was always so nice to everyone and always had a smile upon her face. I had the fortune of reconnecting with her last year at the Farmer's Market, and I am so glad that we had those few brief chats each Thursday afternoon. She will be greatly missed.

President and Sister Fluhman,
I was saddened to learn about Mandy's passing. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Mandy was a special gift and it was a pleasure to know her. One fun memory of my mission was spending time with your family, especially Mandy. I remember buying Cheetos and orange juice from a vending machine on more than one occasion and spending some time at the hospital while trying to keep the diabetes under control. She was always fun to be around. May God bless and strengthen your family and hers at this difficult time.

Mandy, my heart is so sad even though I know you're in a better place. I remember how we used to talk about Griffey and Harry Connick Jr. I smile when I think of watching "Monty Python" for the first time at your house and how you quoted it with a big smile on your face. I never knew why, but I saved drawings and notes from you from highschool, wishing me to have a good day and keep a smile on my face; I will treasure those things as fond memories of you forever. Thank you for always being a great example of love and compassion. No matter how you felt or what kind of day you were having, you always had a smile on your face. I love you, dear friend! Until we meet again...

Her Journey's Just Begun. Don't think of her as gone away her journey's just begun. Life holds so many facets, this earth is only one...
Just think of her as resting from the sorrows and the tears in a place of warmth and comfort where there are no days and years. Think how she must be wishing that we could know today how nothing but our sadness can really pass away. And think of her as living in the hearts of those she touched...for nothing loved is ever lost and she was loved so much.
The promise of God is to be with us through all of life's transitions. God will never leave you or forsake you. May you find comfort in God's constant love. Know that my prayers are with you at this time.....Gloria, Martha, Elissa & lucy

I learned a tuff lesson today. I can't tell you how many times the past few weeks that you were on my mind and God had been nudging me to call you. I let life get in the way and the days go by.I am so so sorry that I wasn't a better friend as of late. Life gets so crazy and then you have regrets like I do now. Girl you are so amazing. I could never put into words how you could make someone feel. They would have to experience it for themselves to even be able to understand. Your smile, laughter and bubbly personality was a gift from God and I can only imagine the welcome home you received. I pray for your family and especially your sweet Mckay. I pray he will always feel your loving arms around him and I hope that through your friends and family he will some day be able to come to know the AWESOME lady we know and love. Every time I have one those side aching laughs I'll think of you!!! Love you!!
