Anna Lee A. Broadhead

Anna Lee A. Broadhead 1946 ~ 2009 Anna Lee Atkinson Broadhead left this earth peacefully on May 20, 2009 after an extended illness. Anna was born to Ivan and Evva McNeil Atkinson in Coalville, Utah on August 6th, 1946. She was raised in Francis Utah, the oldest of five children. Anna married the love of her life Dennis Broadhead on March 16, 1963; marriage was solemnized at the Salt Lake Temple in April 1964. Our parents' love and devotion to one another was an inspiration to us all. Their love for each other was truly unconditional. They began their family in Francis, Utah and moved to Mt. View Wyoming in 1973. Mom was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and held many positions throughout her lifetime. Our mother had a great thirst for knowledge, a sharp wit and a lively spirit and was most happy when with her grandchildren, going to the mountains, traveling and doing genealogy. Mom was tremendously proud of her ancestral heritage. Our Mother was one-of-a kind! She is survived by husband Dennis; children Linda Lawrence (Leonard) of Fort Worth TX, Valorie Pacheco (Terry) of South Ogden UT, Laurie Rader (Tim) of South Ogden UT, Lezlie White (Ian) of South Ogden UT, and Craig Broadhead (Anna) of Grandview, WA; grandchildren Aaron, (Melissa), Hannah, Chelsea, Katelyn, Collin, Annie, Sharmaya, Jessica, Abigail, Lainie, Isabella and one great-grandchild Rion; and siblings Kelly Atkinson, Stan Atkinson, Blanche Sessions, and Beth Brierly. Preceded in death by her mother and father. Viewing will be held from 6-8 p.m. Friday, May 22, 2002 at Crandall Funeral Home in Evanston, WY. Funeral Services will be held at the Francis, Utah LDS Chapel at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 23, 2009 Friends and family may call from 9:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. prior to the service. Interment will be in the Francis Cemetery.
