1933 ~ 2011
My wonderful husband Benjamin Aragon, born September 19, 1933 was returned home.
He left behind his loving wife Clara (Martinez) Aragon. Children Benjamin (Tammy), Jacob (Alice), Tim, Benardette (Jeff). 14 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren and sister Viola (Luis) Casilla.
Preceded in death by his mother Matilda Maes, sister Mary Clemmons, brothers Frank and Joe Leyba and daughter in law Kim.
Funeral service will be held Friday September 30, at the Jordan View Ward 2320 South 1165 West from 7:00-9:00 p.m.

I'am so sorry about grandpa. He was a great man. I love the fact of how you guy's accepted us into your life's and was wondrful grandparent's to us. I will alway's remember the laugh's and joke's grandpa shared with us. I love you grandpa and grandma and I will miss you dearly.

Sweet Ms.Aragon....Ben,Jake and all of you....I am so sorry about the loss you have all had to endure....I cannot imagine the array of emotions you have been forced to try and unscramble, and the heartbreak of things not understood, I am at a loss for words really, I can only think over and over what you must be going through...I would just like to say, you are all very forunate to have had all the time you have shared together, we are all on a time limit, its evident that your lives will change,and I hope you hold on to Beliefs, letting it help you in Faith and finally, delivering Hope to your door. The greatest Asset one will ever possess solely, is what we leave behind, the ways we have touched peoples lives, sometimes even soul....thats the greatest Asset one will ever own....This is such a personal thing....what a gift we give to each other....burned memories in our eyes in our brain, our heart, and even our soul. Although death is certain for all of us, we are still devastated at the finalization, the physical person gone....soon though, you will secretly laugh,smile or even cry at memories that burst through like the picture show...and those are the little gifts left behind for us as well as to be takin with us...I am so sorry your separation had to end so suddenly....If I can help I will, and I admire the longevity of LOVE you and Mr. Aragon have been blessed to have...remember, Love never dies...

what I remember most the the way he made you feel around him he was one of the most humble, big hearted ,giving,gentle, funny ,true person that you get to encounter rarely in your life! their home was always open to family, friends,community and if you asked my childern they would tell you about the farm animals ( and lets never forget thier pot belly pet pig !!)and clara's community food pantry! these are our memories we are going to miss your smile and our thoughts are with you clara!(mary vigils daughter carol)

I had the pleasure of speaking with him many times throughout the years...he was always gracious and kind, he will be missed. Although he is my nieces grandpa she looked up to him like a dad. I'm glad she had a loving grandfather to help raise her. May he rest in peace and may he forever watch over you.

I want you to know how sorry I am for your loss. I have some great memories of Bennie and my husband Jake Boggess shooting the breeze almost every saturday. Bennie was full of stories and loved to share them. Clara and Bennie are two of the friendliest people we know. Bennie will be missed very much. My deepest sorrow to the whole family.

Clara we are so sorry for your and the kids lost we all loved him. It was great living down the road from you guys and growing up with Bennie in my life. if anyone needed any thing he and you would be there. Bennie came with our son, Chad to work in our backyard. He was a hard worker. We enjoyed having him around. Our prayer are with you. May the Lord give you peace in his passing. xox

Your all in are prayers. I remmeber Bennie coming over with Timmy and hanging out with my father (Flavio Martinez) and myself Sam . We would ride in my Dads Baja Bug and drive up Bingham Canyon or go get goat Chesse up that same way . Those were the best times He Will be missed. Love You all and God Bless.

Aunt Clara, our thoughts and prayers are with you and your entire family. Uncle Bennie was a favorite among my Grandpa Franks children. Aunt Clara, even though you were still waiting for closure and were hurting you urged my mom to come home for my baptism. It speaks volumes of your heart. I remember the many visits with Benny when he used to stop in and talk to my dad. I will always remember his blue pickup truck that he drove for many years. He was a good friend to our family in Chesterfield. May God bless you and may He surround you with His love.
