Dear Candice.....
"It is more than surreal that I am writing to you here in a memorium as far as my thoughts and heart can imagine it just all seems like a bad dream. But I know your family and friends will see you again when we are all in our forever home and give you the biggest hug anyone has ever given anyone! I can almost smell your beautiful perfume and see your beautiful face when I close my eyes! One Year ago today you left us ~ But your memory is alive and well & safe within my heart! So many magical days since childhood spent with you, so many laughs shared and sleepovers & school days and first apartments and boyfriends and travels spent by your side! Most of my memories include you right by my side....best friends till the end. I didn't think it was possible to think of somebody this much after they passed on but trust me Candice when I say there is not a morning, afternoon or night that I don't reminisce about you I truly mean it! I can't seem to go a single day without wishing you were sitting across the table at lunch with me ~ ordering all our yummy favorite foods & drinks and gossiping about all things pretty and girly! I miss all of the little things....We had the EXACT same sense of humor! Most people didn't get it....but we were in total unison with our our little wacky ideas and theories! Two peas in a pod! We even talked in that same goofy voice for years! Ivy knows exactly what I'm talking about! :) I think of your sweet Mom and father & Tammy & Josh today and it saddens me to think of how heavy their hearts must be....You were here for such a short time....Just like your idol Marilyn Monroe.....Always gorgeous, always lovely and always a wonderful hostess .....You loved old jazzy music and romantic candles and beautiful decor....You were a class act! All things glamorous & princess~like will remind me of you! You had such a child like aura about you that attracted others! I will never ever have such a best friend as you! You are the first and will be the last! It was always You, Ivy and Me! Us against the world! Please know that you are treasured, loved, missed and cherished on this day and every day. God bless you and wrap you in his loving arms! Fly with the angels beautiful dreamer....beautiful Candice.

Dear Candice...
"I don't know where to begin~ I don't know where to end... You were such a part of my life story that it almost seems surreal that there is a ME without YOU...my tears seem to keep coming through out every day and every night since your passing. There is a hole in my heart that will never be mended~ Your leaving so soon has been so painful for your loved ones because you were in the prime of your life...So its just so hard to make any sense of it all. I will never have another friend who could finish each one of my sentences... Who had the exact same sense of humor, who loved all the same movies & same clothes, art work, furniture, music, perfumes and even food! We were like twin sisters :) Just as my sister Kimberly mentioned in her comment above, I feel like I have lost a sister. I looked up to you in so many ways that you probably never even knew...Your fearlessness and your spontaneity were two things I've never had! You were always ready to hop on a plane to a new city in Europe & learn new languages and meet new friends....You truly had friends all over the world! In time when the tears relent I will smile with each treasured thought of your beautiful face~ I remember everything my friend...Every memory of us together... Your voice and laughter are within my heart & if I close my eyes tight enough I can almost imagine holding your soft, pretty hand & telling you "I Love You!" Who knew two young girls meeting in Junior High would make it all the way to Paris one day as best friends and confidants! I just had a feeling when you asked me those first words in 7th. grade gym class "How do you get your lipstick to stay on all day?"...My reply..."My secret is its all lip-liner!" I just knew that that was going to be the start of something special :) A Forever Friendship~ I pray for your loved ones that are mourning this great loss...Your beautiful & loving mother Connie and brother Josh and your doting and dedicated Father & wife Tammy ~ I have much faith that we will all be reunited again...I will hold you safe in my heart until that joyous day! I am forever thankful that you were such a huge part of my life :) I am lucky to have considered you my friend. God Bless you Candice! May you be SOARING with the Angels! I'll always remember the little girl, Mike's Princess as I recall. I'm so very sorry to hear of your loss yet again.
