Salt Lake City, UT-Casey J. Williams was born on the 14th April 1992 in SLC Utah to Jay Williams and Trenie Latimer. His earthly journey ended the 12th of March 2023 in SLC Utah. We are grateful that Casey is finally at peace and can leave the struggles of this world behind.
Casey was loved by many as has been expressed by those leaving messages and contacting family. His kindness, and acceptance of others less fortunate was evident throughout his short life. We will love and miss him greatly.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Trenie and Grandfather, Jim Latimer. He is survived by his older brother Trevor Peterson, his dad, Jay Williams, a sister Alexia Jahn, and younger siblings, Zayden and London Williams; his Grandparents, Debbie Latimer, Catherine Hampshire and Jay Bartlett Williams.
In Isaiah 40:31 we read "But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk and not faint."
This is what we believe Casey is doing – soaring on wings like the eagles with God and in His loving care.
There will be no funeral services. The family will gather together for a 'Celebration of Life' in the Spring or early Summer.

I met Casey a few months ago and saw a true angel. He had the most beautiful eyes and was so thankful to have myself and others at Lucky's as friends. He called me an angel for talking to him and giving him a helping hand. Casey will always be in my heart and the hearts of those I work with. The best day I had seeing him was when he hugged me outside work and said "my name is Casey Jay Williams" with a smile.

There have been so many memories with you as I grew up. You were much nicer to me than my own brothers were and I always saw you and Trevor as my bonus brothers. I’m happy I got to see you last year, give you a hug, and let you know I’ll always love you unconditionally. One thing we all knew for sure is a heart like yours is hard to come by.
The ones worthy enough to know your secret will never forget your secret brownie recipe ingredient. I’ve still never met anyone that adds that to their brownies.
You’ll always be loved and missed. ❤
