Dear Ellie and Colin,
Your Poulson Grandparents and Great Grandparent are so heart broken over the death of Chris. It was a month ago today that we got the news and the shock of it was horrible. It was just so hard to believe and to understand. He was the best Dad a boy could ever have had. He loved you, Colin, so much,that it makes it that much more difficult to understand. You adored your Daddy and you loved to do things together. The Land Rover was a special thing to drive around in together. I do hope you will remember how much you were loved and how he adored every thing you did. Because of our religion we know you will see him in the next world and I am sure the reunion will be a happy one for all, just to be able to see each other again. What your Daddy would love is to see you happy and grow up to be a good man. I am sure he will be watching over you and wanting you to be the best boy. You have a loving mother who adores you and you grandparents and great grandparent love you so much and want to be there for you whenever you need us. Don and Jacki are also there for you. We love the way you and your Dad would come into the den and see the little cars that are there and how you loved them so much. Chris taught you alot about cars and their names and you were so smart that you knew and remembered them. Please always stay good and be happy and know that we will be there for you if you need us. Be brave and be good to your mother. This is so hard for you, Ellie and our hearts go out to you. We have cried so much that I don't think there are any more tears left, but believe it or not, they still keep on coming. We love you both and want to keep close and know everything you are doing. Keep close to Heavenly Father and He will pull you through any thing you have to go through. Just keep in tune with Him and always have faith and everything will turn out wonderfully. We can't wait to see you both again.

We will greatly miss Chris as a member of our family. As I moved away from Utah before he was born, I didn't know him as well as other members of our family; but, I do know he was a very caring person. He was always there to help out his Mom during her illness. The fondest memory I have of Chris was when we visited SLC when he was about a year old. We took Konni and Chris to lunch at Marie Callender's. He was sitting in a high chair at the end of the table. Across the restaurant was a baby girl, also in a high chair. Chris spotted her. He balled up his fists, got all tense, and then let out a roar. Konni said it was his mating call. We had a good chuckle over that. We will miss Chris, but we know we will see you again through the miracle of the resurrection.

Chris was my oldest nephew and only 8 years younger then me. I have so many fond memories of Chris. I remember when his mother was delivering his brother Don and Chris asked "Aunt Jernette, is my brother here yet?" I also remember teaching him how to drive a stick shift car. We were taking soup over to my grandmothers for dinner and the car was shaking so much that all the soup landed on my lap even before we turned the corner. We were both just laughing so hard. I will miss him so much. Chris I love you.
