Frank Foulger Obituary

Frank Robert Foulger 1914 ~ 2006 Frank Robert Foulger, 92, passed away peacefully September 26, 2006. He was born in Salt Lake City, Utah January 13, 1914 to Frank Wallace and Mary Cleofa Foulger. Graduated from West High School. Married Kathryn Anna Christensen December 31, 1937. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. In his early adult years Bob helped his father, a general contractor, build many homes. Thereafter he worked in the transportation industry in various positions ranging from truck driver to terminal manager. He enjoyed being a handyman, watching sports, reading the newspaper, and helping others. A high priest in the LDS Church, he held several church positions over the years and with his wife served a mission in Hawaii. Bob is survived by his wife, Kathryn, three sons, Gary, Graydon (Jeanie) and Robert (Ann), a sister, Helen Thatcher (Lawrence), grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; and two sisters, Kathleen Shupe, Phyllis Beesley. Funeral services will be held at Larkin Mortuary, 260 E. South Temple, Salt Lake City, Utah Wednesday, October 4th, 2 p.m., with a viewing prior to services from 12-2 p.m. Interment will be at Mountain View Memorial Estates, 3115 East 7800 South, Salt Lake City.

To the Foulger family: We were sorry to here of Bob's passing. He had a great impact on our lives. We have many fond memories of him. He will be greatly missed. We know this will be a difficult time for you, but it is wonderful to know that we will all be together again. Our thoughts and prayers will be with you. To the Foulger Family,
We were sorry to hear of the loss of Uncle Bob. He was kind, thoughtful and a joy to be around. We remember his complete devotion and love to Aunt Kay. He was a wonderful example of a good husband and father. He will be missed.
