Gladys Marie Baker Jacquart

Gladys Marie Baker Jacquart 1925 ~ 2008 Our loving mother and grandmother, Gladys Marie Jacquart went to join her husband LeRoy on April 29, 2008. She was born September 1, 1925 in Verona Michigan, a daughter of Delore and Ina Lewis Baker. She was the eldest of eleven children. She worked as a nurse before meeting and marrying LeRoy Jacquart. Together they had five children, all of whom survived her: Linda Jacquart Gosch, Gary, Warren, Howard and Gregory. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents and four brothers. She was a faithful member of the St. Francis Catholic Church in Orem, Utah and spent much of her time preparing to and singing at church. She loved to spend time sewing and gardening. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Funeral services will be held Monday, May 5, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. in the Cascade Chapel at Sundberg-Olpin Mortuary, 495 South State St. Orem. Friends may call one hour prior to the services. Interment will be in the Orem City Cemetery.
