Our sincere sympathy goes out to all of the family.
I was so sorry to hear of Grant's passing. I grew up next door and was best friends with Lynette. Lots of good memories of the fun times we had growing up.
Grant was a great guy and I'm sure he will be truely missed.
The family was there for us in the passing of both of my parents. I'm sorry that I did not find out in time that I could have been there to support them in their time of sorrow but our thoughts and prayers are with you all.
With deepest sympathy,

Lisette (Lyon) & Steve Kaufman

Dearest Toni,and Family.
I am so sorry for our loss, Grant was one of a kind. The Best Brother anyone could imagine. He was always there for me and my family. Always there to give Blessings and baptise all my little ones. And there to listen when I just needed to talk. I always thought of him as a Big Teddy Bear. He was so soft spoken, and sweet and fun to hug. I will miss him terribly. And I will Love Him Forever!!!!! I am so Proud of all he has done and the ultimate gift he gave to help save others. I know he is truely Blessed for being the kind of man he was..Love You All

Toni and Family,
I want you to know GRANT is and was the most special man I know.. he did so many things for my family, he was always there whenever any one of us needed him! I love this poem and thought of GRANT when I read it, I love you all and will be here if you need me...

To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say...
but first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above.
Here, there's no more tears of sadness; here is just eternal love.

Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight.
Remember that I'm with you every morning, noon and night.
That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through,
God picked me up and hugged me and He said, "I welcome you."

It's good to have you back again; you were missed while you were gone.
As for your dearest family, they'll be here later on.
I need you here badly; you're part of my plan.
There's so much that we have to do, to help our mortal man."

God gave me a list of things, that he wished for me to do.
And foremost on the list, was to watch and care for you.
And when you lie in bed at night, the day's chores put to flight.
God and I are closest to you....in the middle of the night.

When you think of my life on earth, and all those loving years
because you are only human, they are bound to bring you tears.
But do not be afraid to cry; it does relieve the pain.
Remember there would be no flowers, unless there was some rain.

I wish that I could tell you all that God has planned.
But if I were to tell you, you wouldn't understand.
But one thing is for certain, though my life on earth is o'er.
I'm closer to you now, than I ever was before.

There are many rocky roads ahead of you and many hills to climb;
but together we can do it by taking one day at a time.
It was always my philosophy and I'd like it for you too...
that as you give unto the world, the world will give to you.

If you can help somebody who's in sorrow and pain,
then you can say to God at night......"My day was not in vain."
And now I am contented....that my life has been worthwhile,
knowing as I passed along the way, I made somebody smile.

So if you meet somebody who is sad and feeling low,
just lend a hand to pick him up, as on your way you go.
When you're walking down the street, and you've got me on your mind;
I'm walking in your footsteps only half a step behind.

And when it's time for you to go.... from that body to be free,
remember you're not going.....you're coming here to me.

Dear Toni and Family,
As everyone has expressed this is a huge loss! We have many memories of when he was in the bishopric and associating with him in the ward. He was a pillar of quiet strength. Great guy. We will sure be thinking of you all in the days ahead. Love, Cal and Jane Trane

What a shock! Grant and I were friends growing up. I was constantly at his house playing. The Drapers, the Lyons, the Hardmans, the Evans, and the DeSpains all lived on the same block in Lehi. We all had so many good times growing up together. Maybe we can have a block party in the next life. My heart goes out to his family.

Toni and family. We were shocked and saddened at the news of Grant's passing. He was a good fiend and neighbor and was willing to drop anything at a moments notice if help was needed. We loved living on the same street as the Draper family. You were good friends. His passing will leave a void in all our lives.

I just found out today about Grant passing away. I am truly sad. He was my first best friend. I grew up next door to him and we played everyday. After we graduated, we drifted apart, with me ending up here in Washington State. I have many fond memories of him, building snow forts and playing red-rover, hide and seek with all the neighborhood kids, irritating his brother Steve and my brother Brent, as they were good friends also:) So many stories to think back on and smile. Rest in Peace, Grant. We will all see you soon.

To All of Grants Family,
Uncle Grant was the most kind and caring person that I know. He was always giving of himself. He baptized so many of his nieces and nephews. The blessings he gave to his family members brought piece and comfort. His laugh will never be forgotten. He is a true example of Gods love. He will be missed by so many.
If anyone needs anything, please know we are here for you.
All Our Love,
