Korbin Elsmore Obituary
1995-2025
Salt Lake City, UT-Korbin Brett "Bread" Elsmore passed away unexpectedly on Friday, September 19, 2025. Known for his infectious laughter, profound kindness, and a truly larger-than-life personality, his presence is already deeply missed by all who knew him. Korbin truly was the life of any party he attended.
Korbin was raised in South Jordan, Utah, and was a proud attendee of Bingham High School. He devoted much of his time to his diverse passions, which included the vibrant energy of heavy metal music, mastering new tricks while skateboarding, and expressing his creativity through painting and writing poetry. Korbin's written work led to the publication of some of his pieces-a tremendous achievement and a source of immense pride for his father. While he might not have been the star player for his Junior Jazz team, his love for the game was clear, and his truly unmatched dance moves always stole the show.
Korbin leaves behind his loving father, Brett "Ol Bretty" Elsmore, his best friend and number one fan, who is left with only the fondest memories of his sweet boy. Korbin was preceded in death by his grandparents David N. Elsmore and Peggy Elsmore, his mother Carrie Carter and his Grandpa Bob who he had a special bond with. He is survived by his Father Brett Elsmore (Ruby Elsmore), Uncle David T. Elsmore, Aunt Karen Elsmore, cousins Lindsay Elsmore, Alex Elsmore and Bailey Rockwell, Aunt Stephanie Elsmore and countless other cousins and friends alike.
Korbin's unique and vibrant soul embraced life fully, and his passing leaves an immense hole in the hearts of his extended family and countless friends.

Korbin had a real passion for cats, in lieu of flowers, please donate to your favorite animal rescue like Best Friends of Utah or Humane Society in his honor.
A celebration of life will be held on 10/19/2025 at 1pm-3pm at 2302 S Shorewood Dr. Saratoga Springs, Utah 84045.

Oh, Korbin! I will always admire how Bread always saw the best in people, even when they couldn't see it in themselves. His heart was a compass that always pointed toward kindness and love, even if the path to get there was overgrown and hard to see. All he ever wanted was to making people laugh, to be a good son, a loyal friend, and finding a quiet peace. I admired how BIG he loved! He loved everyone! He loved being goofy. He loved when you joined in his goofiness, he always had a way to make the heaviness of the world, lighter. Often reminding us, our problems will be waiting for us tomorrow, so to just live it up today! Missing you always!
