Krista Lynn Weaver, beloved mother, daughter, sister and friend, returned home to be with her Heavenly Father after a tragic car accident on Wednesday, August 20, 2014. Leaving behind her daughter, Tyler Ann Crowley 7, fiancé Jeff McCurtain, mother Suzette Pikel, father and stepmother, Austin and Pamela Weaver, grandparents John and Lyn Thurman, siblings Amanda (Keith) Garcia, Allie Pikel, Clarissa Weaver, and Austin Weaver, nieces Jaycee and Takeshi Garcia and dear friend Justin Crowley, along with many other family and friends.
We love you Kiki and will miss you. May our angel rest in peace. "Carry on."
A celebration of Krista's life will be held on Tuesday, August 26, 2014 at 11:00 am at Grant Stake Center, 3153 South 900 East, Salt Lake City, UT 84106.
In lieu of flowers, please send donations in Tyler's name to Zions Bank, care of Amanda Garcia.

I don't think there was ever a time that I saw you when you didn't give me a big hug. You were so loving and had such a unique sense of humor (in a good way:). I know your energy will always be around and live on through your daughter.

In a blink of an eye, your life has changed for ever. When my daughter passed away part of me passed away as well. It makes you wonder if it will ever get easier. I remember wishing five years would pass in a hurry because it would dull the pain some what, it helped, but the hole in my heart was still there. Krista was one of a kind, she had the greatest sense of humor. She will be missed, how lucky we were having known her for such a short time. My prayers are with you and your family. Rita Walker

Austin, sorry to here of the loss of your daughter! My kids are all about her same age and it would be so hard to lose one of them. It was hard enough losing my parents and a couple siblings throughout the years. I can only imagine the pain of losing a child! Through everyone's thoughts and prayers may comfort come your way! If I remember right, Krista's daughter Tyler and my grandson Kayden were on the same soccer team a couple of years ago at which time I met Krista and a few other members of your family. What a wonderful family you have! Again, sorry for your loss and our thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family.

I still can see you in your pink dress when I first met you. Krista you have such a personality and you are an amazing spirit. I'm honored I got to see you grow into the amazing wonderful person you are. Krista, from being childhood besties at the town homes, to randomly living in the same neighborhood a few years later, we had so many great times together. You always had a way of making every situation so fun and exciting. I am happy to know that your life was filled with so much love, joy, and amazing memories with all your friends and family.
