LARRY PACE Obituary

Larry Clarence Pace 1942 ~ 2011 Larry Clarence Pace passed away peacefully at home in Oakley, Utah after a protracted illness. Born to Donna Pace and Jay Buehler in Heber City, Utah on January 5, 1942. He married his high school sweetheart, Sharee Frazier on November 26, 1960 in Oakley, Utah Larry was raised by his grandparents Arch and Minnanette Pace in Woodland, Utah. He graduated from South Summit High School. He was a past President of the Lion's Club. Horses were a big part of his life from the time he was three years old. He enjoyed horse competition with High Uintah Wranglers. He also loved to hunt and go camping. He was involved with chariot racing with the Heber-Kamas Cutting Association. He worked for Yellow Freight Lines for over 20 years. Survived by his wife, Sharee Pace. Three sons; Danny (Lisa), Kurt (Rhonda) and Shawn (Susan), six grandchildren; Sammi, Chase, Karlee, Landri, Jentri, and Thomas Pace, and one great-grandchild, Corbin Pace. He was preceeded in death by his mother, grandparents and three sisters. The family would like to thank Dr. Allen, Charlie Piner and Heidi Lawrence for their kindness and help, also thank you to Patsy Hatch for years of cutting Larry's hair. A graveside service will be held at 12 noon, Monday, January 10, 2011 in the Oakley, Utah cemetery. Friends may call on the family Sunday from 6:00p.m-8:00 p.m and Monday from 10:30 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. at Oakley LDS Ward Chapel on the day of the service. Arrangements are with Crandall Funeral Home.
