Leah Fackrell Obituary

Leah Jean Coleman Fackrell 1926 ~ 2004  Leah Jean Coleman Fackrell died April 8, 2004 in San Antonio, Texas. She was born May 23, 1926 in West Jordan, Utah to LaVern O. Bateman and Fredrick R. Coleman. She was raised in Hunter, Utah. She married Marion Clifford Fackrell from Tooele on March 18, 1948. She was employed at the Tooele Army Depot when not traveling with her husband. She was a very loving and giving person especially to those in need. She was also a very loving mother and grandmother. She is survived by three daughters: Ann LaVern Fackrell, Billie Jean (Ed Boyles) Fackrell, and Shanna Akridge, eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren, a sister-in-law Delila Terry, special nephew and niece, Boyd Hostutler and Trudy Winchester. She was preceded in death by her husband, son-in-law Burr Akridge, parents, a brother Fredy and sister Elaine. Funeral services will be held on Friday April 16, 2004 at 1 p.m. at Tate Mortuary, 110 So. Main St. Tooele. Friends may call at the Mortuary on Friday 11:30-12:30 prior to the service. Interment in the Tooele City Cemetery.
