She was elegant, beautiful, kind and classy. She wore bright red lipstick and her nails were always perfectly polished in a color to match. She was an incredible gardener. She was an avid sports fan and loved watching football and basketball on TV. She loved the Jazz.
She was the matriarch of our family and the glue that held us together. She loved her family fiercely and would stop at nothing to protect and help them.
She was eager to experience everything at least once. From hiking a glacier in Alaska to riding the roller coaster down the ski slopes in Park City.
She was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She married Sidney G. Neslen on June 22, 1950. They were later sealed for all eternity in the Salt Lake Temple.
She was preceded in death by her 10 siblings and their spouses and her beloved husband. She is survived by her children Debbie (Steve) Elggren, Rich (JoLene) Neslen, and Bob (Tammy) Neslen, 7 granddaughters and 17 great grandchildren.
We will see her in every pink sunset and gorgeous garden. She lived a beautiful 93 years. Now rest in peace Mom.
Graveside services will be on Sunday, April 25, 2021 at 1:00 pm, at Larkin Sunset Gardens, 1950 E. Dimple Dell Rd. (10600 S.), Sandy, UT. Online condolences visit www.larkincares.com
