Lee Coleman Obituary

Off to the RACES!
Our beloved Lee Coleman has left the race of life and on to the great afterlife.
Never one to be shy; Lee was always pleasant and talkative with friends and strangers yet to be friends. You could always count on Lee for a witty comment to lighten any mood. He kept that spark right up to the finish line.
Lee embraced experiences and always tried to make the best of them. Below are some of the things Lee loved to experience: Cooper and Morgan, KFC, cars, clean and matching tires, "pull my finger" jokes, tools, Sprint cars, NASCAR, Tony Stewart, coffee, Mohammed Ali, TV remotes, recliners, Bandit and Bubba, 6oz Coronas, Lake Powell, VERY green grass, beef, potato chips, black licorice, popsicles, pawn shops, TSP, car wax, WD-40, neighborhood Christmas parties, cell phones, cash in his wallet and Linda's banana pudding.
On the flip side of the coin there were things he sure didn't care for: exercising, liver and onions, "health" food, test, religious zealots, politics and doctors who asked too many questions.
As you can see, the love list is much bigger and much more fun, like Lee himself!
Lee is survived by his wife of 52 years, Linda, his siblings Joan Smith, Kay Robinson, Jeanie Neve and Ray Coleman, his grandchildren Cooper and Morgan Nichol, his son Troy and spouse Jaryn who stepped up and took care of us for over 3 years now, memory of son Todd (deceased) and daughter Kristin Coleman-Nichol and her spouse Jason Nichol.
Lee requested no services since he wouldn't be there to talk to people and enjoy the conversation. In honor of his warmth and friendliness, the family ask that you pay tribute Lee's memory by striking up a conversation with a random stranger and talk about the things that make you smile and laugh. Every stranger is only a friend you have yet to meet.

Linda and family, we are so sorry to hear about your loss. I will always remember gathering with your family and Aunt Deana at Fairmont Park in the summers when we were all very small. Also a trip to Pineview Reservoir with your mom and dad. The 56 Cadillac and your boat. I got the worst sunburn I ever had that day. The Pullan boys are down to Ed and Mont. It was always fun to run into Lee and Linda while we were working. The Real Estate Business was good to all of us. May the Lord bless and keep you at this time and always.

Lee was always a great friend to me, and I enjoyed our association the the busy Real Estate Life for for the past 34 Years. We worked in the same office for many of those years. My last fond memory was when Lee and Linda were at Lin and my home for a Summer Party with a Realtor group of friends. What a joy to have had that last time together. Thanks Lee for the fun conversations with love and respect ~ Love ya man. Freddie (thats what he called me) Love it!

We are so lucky to have spent so many wonderful times with Lee and Linda. Going to NASCAR always included to many stories to list. Even our dinners were filled with so much laughter our sides always hurt at the end. Lee always encouraged us to take risks like eating at the DS café. We will think of Lee ever day & smile. Linda you are in our thoughts & prayers and always know how much we love you.
