With Leon and his lovely wife the very night he passed. I was there for a reason and it was surely to assist Leon to go forward in his passing. A magnificent human being and I am grateful to have known him and to love him as I did then and now.

Diane, Cassie and family, I just arrived back in town yesterday and was surprised today to hear of Leon's passing. I feel deep sorrow for all of you. I didn't know Leon very well but always heard such great stories of humor and love. He was always so sweet and gracious when I talked with him on the phone. My prayers are with you as you grieve is loss.
Love, Lynn Harris

For Leon's family. I'm just a customer who remembers Leon for the wonderfully honest way he cared for my aging lawn mower and snowblower. He was always a joy to talk to whenever I visited his place whether in Sugar House or Cottonwood Heights. May his family find comfort in remembering his warmth and honesty. Rabbi Fred Wenger

I was with Leon and Diane Thursday night for a reason. I was to be there as he passed and to assist sweet Diane in her time of need. I am honored to have been able to tell Leon that I loved him. He acknowledged me with a typical hug and expression of his love for me. It was a priviledge to know him as I did and he will be with us all forever. And so it is.

My dear Diane, my heart aches for you. I feel your loss so deeply. I know of the love and concern Leon had for you, he expressed to me so often. Kids, you must know of the love and pride your dad had for each one of you. And cousin, this doesn't me I'm not going to be calling, we WILL talk.
